i5 6600k Heat Issues

Hello, I have an i5 6600k OC to 4.6ghz. Its cooled by a cooler master nepton 240m yet i get temps as high as 67 degrees, my friends also have water cooler but different brands, yet they get highs of 45 under max load, what is up with my cpu?

Noone has a 4.6 oc with "normal" cooling methods and a 45c max load temp

Your temps are perfectly fine for a decent oc

what about idle temps as my room is quite hot, about 32 okay?

just hit a new max temp of 77 0.0

Still fine if that's full load.
