Which of these configurations will give the greatest gaming performance in the laptop?

I5 7300 + gtx1050 2gb or i5 6300 + gtx960m 4Gb? In both configurations the resolution is FHD, but the model with 1050 has a smaller screen diagonal, if this is important.

I know that 1050 is faster than 960 on average by 30%, but how does the amount of video memory affect this case?
