i5 750 with gtx 770

So i just bought the GTX 770 [Here] but still have my super outdated i5 750. I was looking to run BF4 at with at least High settings. Will the CPU bottle neck the 770 too much? Is it worth upgrading my CPU, especially on a budget? I don't know much about computers, thanks in advance.

Having a look on the net, you should have no problems. Before I can give you any suggestions about the CPU, could you please give me your RAM and PSU brand and models?

8gb RAM, unfourtanetly i was too stupid to write my PSU down and dont have the time to open it up right now. I wont be purchasintg a CPU for at least 3 months though. THanks anyway!
