I5-7500 and GTX1070?!

My question is, should I get a GTX1070 over the 1060 for 1080p @ 144hz gaming and if yes, will the i5 bottleneck the 1070?

A little additional info, my mobo supports the 1070 ( as you may very well suggest ) and the psu has got more than enough juice to power it.

If you have the budget go for the 1070, the bottleneck question is a bit tricky, it will depend on the games you play but mostly no it wont bottleneck the videocard, if you feel it could happen go for an i7 7700k and OC it... (not worth the extra money if you already have the cpu)
