This is from World of Warplanes, never saw this with the 3060Ti. settings maxed out, but I use AA on 4X...same with the 3060 Ti. Perhaps the monitor using G-Sync with the 3060? I would assume that's not the issue. Any tips appreciated.

To me, the lines would appear to be graphical artifacting, either due to a bug in the game or drivers. You could try and reduce details and see that changes it. Disable G-Sync and see if that changes anything. Is this issue you speak of only seen with World of Warplanes?

It does look like graphical artifacting.
Could just be due to the game itself, some FSR settings can also induce artifacting. Maybe try playing with the game settings, turning them down/up one at a time to see if the artifacting goes away.
Do you get artifacting in any other game?

Artifacts are hard to repair by user as usually it’s a GPU driver issue in my experience. Could be settings, but you may spend a lot of time trying to troubleshoot. Post on AMD support so they can flag it.
