i5 7500 or amd fx 9590 for 3d rendering and gaming

I m running hard on budget, i want to buy a PC for 3d rendering and gaming. But i can't decide with which processor should i go with.

Intel i5 7500
Asus h 270 pro mobo
16gb ddr4 ram
550w psu
Msi 1050ti 4gb graphics card

OR

Amd fx 9590
Gigabyte 990fx gaming mobo
16gb ddr3 ram
550w psu
Msi 1050ti 4gb graphics card

Any suggestions would be extremely helpful. Also tell me why should i go with a specific processor.

The first one, easily. If you want an AMD build, go Ryzen; there's almost no reason to build an FX PC in 2017 and there's even less reason to use the dreadful 9590.

Forget about i5, for any use case scenario. It only has 4 threads and is massively outperformed in nearly every use case scenario by Ryzen 5 1600. You can get a cheaper motherboard and a Ryzen 1600 which is a 6 core-12 thread CPU for almost the same price, it will outperform the 7500 in rendering by a large margin, and has much more consistent frame times for smoother gaming.

For your GPU also you can step up to an RX 470, it is suggested by many reviewers over the 1050ti as the performance gain outweighs the small price difference.
