I5-7600k with this setup?

Hi guys.
I am about to purchase this setup and i would like to ask you guys that how would this rig work together, maybe someone used similar things in the past (I already have the GPU)

CPU: Intel I5-7600k
GPU: GTX 970
MOBO: Gigabyte z270x Ultra gaming
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 2x8GB 3000MHZ DDR4
CPU Cooler: be quiet pure rock cooler
PSU: EVGA 650W 80+Gold

One more question. Do i need to do a BIOS Update with this MOBO? And if so, how do i do it?
Via Pendrive?

looks good.
the 270 motherboards are made for the 7th generation intel chips, so unless there is a fix there should be no need to flash.
