i5-7800k + GTX 1050 Ti

I am thinking of getting the i5-6700k and a 1050 ti but don't know if either will bottleneck each other

also, one more question on the topic, is it even worth getting this CPU to upgrade from the 6400 with an H110 mobo? the only reason I went with the k is that it's only $20 more expensive and has a higher base/turbo frequency.
