So,I keep getting low fps in most of my games compared to benchmarks and gameplays on youtube.I don't know what the problem is and I've been trying to fix it for some time now.My PC was brand new.I got it last summer.I'm getting 30-40 FPS on recommended settings in Assassin Creed Unity,40 FPS in AC Origins and the list goes on,the only game that seems to be running perfectly was GTA 5 which was running with 120 fps on ultra 1080p

Assassins creed is horribly optimised from what I've seen. A 1060 3gb will barely run GTA at 60-80 FPS maxed out, so I don't know where you got 120 fps from. 30-40 fps is a reasonable FPS count for that system.
TL;DR: Your GPU is bottlenecking your computer.

GTA 5 is running at 120 fps mostly ultra.A few tweaks here and there,But how are people playing with 60-80 FPS on AC Unity in the cities ? I played some more and I actually get 70 when i'm not in a heavily crowded area. And I did research on my GPU bottlenecking my computer and that's certainly not the problem.

I get low fps only when i'm in a heavily crowded area. But I don't think the fps should go that low.I've seen some gameplays with a i5 7500 and it only goes down to 55.

Nevermind,i fixed it myself.I'm not entirely sure what I've done because I tried multiple methods. Now I am getting 75 fps constantly and I fixed that crowd lag,My pc is not even using 6 GB of ram and my cpu temps are at 40-50 Celsius,my GPU stays at 2600 mb out of 3 gigs.Anyways, thanks for your ''help''.
