If it's for gaming it's a bit unbalanced unless your going to be using at least a 1440p monitor.

I would probably go more toward a 3700X and 2070 Super. That would give you a better processor and the 2070 super is a very strong card if your gaming on a 1080p monitor or even 1440p unless you need really high FPS.

I hope you have 144Hz or higher monitor otherwise a 2080 Super will be over the top for 1080p <=100Hz. I don’t know about Ark but R6 I expect the cpu will limit the maximum FPS you can achieve long before the gpu.
