i5 and a 1060 with quality parts or a i7 and 1060 with decent parts

My budget is around $1600aud, so should i get a i7 6700k system with mediocre parts or a 6600k with quality parts. thanks

What makes the parts in the i5 build "quality" compared to the ones in the i7?
Also, you seem to be missing a power supply in the i5 build?

you've not got a PSU on the i5 build.
The water cooler is probably worse than the aircooler on the other build.
The WD black is by no means an inferior drive
the 1x16GB stick is a problem.
There's no need for the expensive mobo.

Frankly too much of a pain in the rear to compare them any further.

try asking the question, from this shop what should I get for 1600.
