Ok so I've picked put all my parts for a new pc
And for a processor I've picked an i5-3570K which I will hopefully overclock to a nice 4.4ghz ( that's all I want ATM) but I was wondering.. If I got a 690 or the upcoming gtx 790 down the line would I be bottle necking the graphics card ?
Ps I've picked a 780 for a gpu.

That's funny you say it's the best gaming CPU at the moment when multiple benchmarks show the i7 offering higher frame rates. In many games, the difference is minimal so when value is a deciding factor, the i5 offers a better value. When push comes to shove though, an i7 will push the same or better frame rate in almost any application. I have both and the experience on the i7 is better. If you're spending that much on graphics cards, don't skimp out on the processor.
