I've been wanting to save up and buy all my parts at once, but recently I saw a pretty good deal and ordered a MSI N670 PE 2GD5/OC GeForce GTX 670 2GB.
Anyway I've been looking at some cpu's, particularly intel core i5 cpu's and for the price range I was considering getting maybe a i5 3470 or a i5 3570k or something. I don't know if I will overclock or not though. I would prefer not to pay over $200, but I might be willing to go a little over to like $215 possibly.
I was wondering what you guys would recommend as a good cpu for the money and what a decent compatible motherboard for my gpu and cpu would be that isn't that much money. I would be willing to spend probably around $70 to ~$100 max.
Motherboard size doesn't really matter, but I want to use at least 6GB of ram in my build.

Yeah look for deals. Microcenter has a CPU + mobo combo deal which is pretty decent, but you gotta go to the store to get it.

If 4670k and 3570k are the same price, then I'd get the 4670k. It's better. However, you gotta see what the mobo price is. Like the above deal found, that can be a deal breaker for some.

Remember, if you pick a Z77 motherboard, you can no longer get a i5 4670K. The 4th gen cpus use a different socket. It's not a bad thing, just something to think about.

And I don't see any reason to order from pcpartpicker. Just order it straight from newegg.
