i5 or 8350

Hello I am currently running a pretty terrible PC with a celeron and 7700 I am looking to upgrade to something a little less 2010 so i decided that if i was going to upgrade i either wanted the i5 4690k or 8350. The reason why i didn't just pick intel was because I learned that stock coolers for amd suck and so i decided that I should get a 212 evo but due to adding that the price has for the 8350 has been pretty much even so I wanted to know what you guys think here is the rest of my build other than the i5/8350

i5 has better singlecore performance, fx8350 better multicore performance (no huge differences)
Fx8350 is cheaper, I also built a pc with an fx 8350 and its also pretty good with its stock cooler. (The stock cooler has heatpipes

If for gaming the i5 is much better. Do you want to overclock with the i5? if no you can get a cheaper motherboard and non k CPU, if yes you will need an after market cooler. The stock cooler on the i5 is ok for stock but not overclocking
