Hi,

I am frequently at 100% usage on my 4690K since i frequently use sony vegas 13 and i host non-dedicated Ark Server so it get my CPU usage to 100% and i get some FPS drops when i host in Ark and the encoding time in Vegas is really long.

So i was thinking to go 4790(350), or 4790k(403) or Ryzen 7(600 with all component change)

Thanks for help

Just an off-the-wall solution here ... since you seem to have enough resources to begin with, why not think about shelling out to a VM or two?
You should be able to shell out the ARK Server to a 1 core VM, shell out Sony Vega 13 to a 2 core VM, and game on the remaining core. You shouldn't take any FPS hits on your game because it now has 1 core dedicated to it and nothing else will take up that space.

My personal machine is a 4790K w/32GB Ram and I run VMWare VMs all the time without affecting my gaming cores. It's really kind of cool when I divvy it up to 3 VMs and 1 physical, log into the same game under 4 separate accounts ... LOL

Odd ... I've never found them difficult to set up at all. Regardless, you may very well be correct that 1 core may not be enough for the experience. Makes those 8/16 Ryzen cores look pretty tempting doesn't it ... LOL
