I am deciding between buying two computers:

if you want it only for gaming and nothing more demanding go with the first one.
if you want it for something that is cpu demanding go with the second!

For the same price as a GTX460 you can get a GTX650 that will destroy it.

Besides it all depends on your usage, if you want just mainstream gaming/browsing the first is better.

You may want to consider an AMD card. They will give you similar performance for a little less money

You appear not to have noticed, but the first one has a GTX660.

*Hands down, the FIRST ONE. It's not even close.

**Also, for the second one I see an OSX installation on a non-Apple computer. That's illegal.
