Question i7 11800H very low benchmarks?

The system is an MSIGE76. I ran 3D Mark, and got results in the 2000-3000 range when it's usually around 8000. Also just repasted the thermals.
Anyone got any guidance?

FIXED: To anyone experiencing an issue with only a few cores working at 100%, disable core parking. It did the job for me and benchmarks are looking great!

I noticed when running the 3d mark stress test, that only 2 cores were at 100%. The rest were close to idle or below 10%.
