I have an i7-14700K and an ASUS TUF Gaming B760M Plus II combination. Currently, my BIOS version is 1805, and I'm using the microcode 0x12b.
I’m unsure whether to use 'Intel Default Setting' or 'ASUS Advanced OC Profile'. I’ve tested both, but I still can’t decide.
The only settings I change are 'IA CEP: Disabled' and 'CPU LLC: Level 2'. When I run Cinebench R23, here are my results:

The only settings I change are 'IA CEP: Disabled' and 'CPU LLC: Level 2'. When I run Cinebench R23, here are my results:
- With the 'ASUS Advanced OC Profile', 'IA CEP: Disabled', and 'CPU LLC: Level 2' settings:
- The clock speeds are stable, with an average temperature of 79–81°C, power consumption around 210–220W, and a voltage of 1.2V (1.3–1.35V during gaming).

- With the 'Intel Default Setting', 'IA CEP: Disabled', and 'CPU LLC: Level 2':
- The clock speeds drop to 5.2 GHz under load. Everything else is almost identical to the OC profile.
