i7-2770S running at 95-100 degrees when idle

Hey, my pc randomly idk how long time ago, just started to become rly hot on the gpu and cpu i switched the gpu to a gtx 1060 6gb from a gtx 660 2gb and that worked for the gpu but with the cpu i tried putting in a new cooler a LiquidMaster 240 and it should be installed properly with thermal paste and all but it still reaches up to 102 degrees when idle does anyone have any solution to this?

Well if you're reaching these kind of temps at idle then obviously something is wrong. Are you sure you have installed the AIO properly along with proper application of the thermal compound? Did you mess around with the voltages in the BIOS at all?
