Got couple of system and im going to keep one and sell the other but dunno which one to keep.

Intel i7-3770S
Asrock H61 Pro BTC Socket 1155
16GB DDR3 1600Mhz Ballistix Sport BLS8G3D1609DS1S00CEU (2x8GB)
480GB SSD & 1TB SATA2 HDD

Mobo only has 2x dimm slots, has no native USB3 and only SATA2 but does have PCI-E Expansion Cards for Rear USB3 and Both SSD/HDD running off SATA3 PCI-E Card

Intel i5-4690
Asus Z97-K R2.01 Socket 1150
16GB (2x4GB) Team DDR3 1600MHz 11-11-11-24 4GB & (2x4GB) AMD Gaming DDR3 1600MHz 11-11-11-24 4GB
2TB Hybrid SSHD SATA3
Mobo does have 4 dimms and has native USB3 & SATA3

Solution
The performance of these two are so close as to be mostly a wash. The i5 is slightly faster single core, and the i7 is even less slightly faster in multi core operations. The 3770S uses less power.

I would probably keep the newer one. Wouldn't expect to get much for the other system, but parted might be the ticket there. Alternately, gift it to someone that needs a machine.

While the i7-3770S may be a slightly better CPU, the H61 is a pretty old low-end chipset and you may regret its lack of native USB3 and SATA3 - at least I know I would since having still decent IO complement even by today's standards is a large part of the reason why my i5-3470/H77 kept me happy enough until I decided to upgrade it last month to an i5-11400/B560 mainly as preventive maintenance since I've never kept the same CPU-MoBo-RAM in my main PC for more than four years before and didn't want to find out how much longer it was going to last the hard way without a spare.

I'd probably keep the i5-4690 mainly due to its much more recent and well-rounded motherboard.
