i7 3770, cpu usage 100%

Hello, i have switched to i7 3770, dh61ww motherboard, i have installed Zotac NVIDIA GT 730 4 GB DDR3 Graphics card, 8 gb ram, 1 tb hard disk, but even if i'm playing a video on youtube, sometimes the usage cpu goes to 100%, not sure whats causing the bottleneck here.. And will switching to SDD matter for the cpu usage?

So you changed motherboard? If yes have you reinstalled Windows, this should always be done with a motherboard change.

nop, i just changed processor, from i3 to i7 3770, rest i had already

yes i updated the bios version from 2.6 to 2.7

Try to Reset BIOS settings to Default and also try this, for your case it will be 8 cores/threads.

Also do a scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

the cpu temperature stays between 59 to 65, since i use the liquid cool.

I think water cooler is issue here, since you removed stock cooler you also removed air that it pushes over motherboard VRM's and they now get too hot since they dont have any means to get cooled down. Dh61ww is low end motherboard and it needs cooler that can also provide some cooling for VRM's. If you still have stock cooler try to mount it and see how will it go. Also look in task manager what process is taking all the CPU.

but i have circle cabinet which has fans all over inside, so ventilation and cooling is not a primary issue..

ok, and i use HDD, is that the reason the cpu takes load to 100% while multiple tabs are open or while video editing? will switching to SSD help with this? or is this Zotac NVIDIA GT 730 4 GB DDR3 Graphics card acting as a bottleneck..?
