i7 3770 "NO-K OC" Asrock

HI! I have an i7 3770 and an asrock z77 pro 4.

I was wondering if enabling the "no-k oc" option by Asrock from the bios is exactly the same thing to manually changing from the bios the multipliers switching from "Cpu ratio: auto" to "Cpu ratio: per core" and upping them by 4.
So from 39, 39, 38, 37 (when using 1, 2, 3, 4 cores) to 43, 43, 42, 41.

Thanks, I thought so! So it's just a "user-friendly" way to do it and I can do it one way or the other
