Question i7-3770 temp goes high while playing Cyberpunk ?

Hi
i have i7-3770 and Rx570 and i played so many AAA Games like God of war with no problem . CPU temp is max 80 C and Graphic temp is max 57 C

but when I play Cyberpunk 2077 cpu temp arrives to 98 C !!! (but graphic is ok (max 55 C))

i have no lag and FrameRate between medium to low quality is smooth.

Isn't it pretty obvious that this game loads CPU more than others hence more heat ?

YES
With AIDA64 under full cpu usage, max cpu temp is 83 and with gpu full load , temp goes to 87
But while playing it goes to 99 !

Get a better cpu cooler.
What cpu cooler are you using currently?
Hope, it's not Intel stock cooler? That thing is not adequate for i7.

Green is a local Brand in my country.
this cooler works well for other games like GOD OF WAR or Horizon zero Down and Elden Ring !

Weak cpu cooler. Just slightly better than Intel stock cooler.
Get a tower type cooler with heatpipes. Some low cost options:

CM Hyper 212,​

Deepcool GAMMAX 400.​

Also you may want to improve cooling inside your pc case.
What pc case are you using? How many fans installed?
Can you show a photo of your system with side panel removed?

I have a suspicion your current cooler is actually worse than the std 3770 cooler that comes with a copper core vs all aluminum in yours.
