Question I7 3930 K vs I7 2600. Wchich is better for new gaming?

Unfortelly i can't sell my Ram DDR3. So i can't buy Ryzen 3 ..
I would like buy i7 3930 or i7 2600.
Wchich is better?
I want paired with GTX 1060 6 GB

Need more info that this for your system specs, budget, ect. Those CPUs use entirely different motherboard types and sockets. One is mainstream, one is HEDT.

You already have the GTX 1060 6GB? Your system cannot be upgraded to either of those two CPUs due to motherboard/chipset generation. I'm not sure you could install another board inside the Alienware and if it uses a proprietary motherboard and possibly PSU. Your best bet would be to continue saving and start fresh with a new build, Ryzen based for price and performance ratio when the funds allow. Your current budget could get you a basic motherboard and CPU, but still need RAM, ect.
