i7-4770 vs i7-4790

Hello I'm currently trying to decide between the i7-4770 and the i7-4790 as a replacement for an i3-4150. I found both on a ebay shop used with a $50 price difference. The 4770 is $200 and the 4790 is $250. Is the 4790 worth the extra $50?

4770 for sure IMO, the clocks are the only difference and 0.1 GHz isn't worth $50

Well for the locked versions I would get the 4770, I agree that 100mhz is not worth 50 dollars. The 4790 a refresh of the 4770 called devils canyon. It has better thermals and the k version of the 4790 had more overclocking headroom typically than the k version of the 4770.
