Not really. The 750Ti is an entry level gaming card, you should expect medium settings at best in new titles.

i7-4770k is a high end processor, rule of thumb is to spend double the amount on your GPU that you did on your CPU. You are very much in the other direction.

You should be looking at the GTX970 or the soon to be released GTX1070 to be a good match to your CPU.

but GTX 1070 or 1080 are soooo expensive ...............what about GTX 960 4 GB ???

A 960 will get you high performance in modern titles at 1920x1080. x60 cards are considered mainstream. x70 is the beginning of ultra and enthusiast cards.

The AMD RX480 should be out by the end of the monthfor $200. Demand will be extreme, but that should be a much better match than a 960. You could also look at an R9-390 or R9-390X if you have a decent power supply.
