As long as you don't plan on overclocking , Yes.

its enough... if you dont plan on overclocking, as it is a 'k' unlocked processor.

it will run very high temps but if you have good airflow it should not throttle under heavy extended usage.

but intel include it in the box with it because its good enough to do the job as stock, just upgrade cooler if u want to overclock

Thank you so much, the only reason I got the K version is because the tiny bit of price difference and for now I have no plans of OC, just future proofing my build
