I have a problem, recently i bought an id cooling aurflow 240mm and i had with it in idle 35-40 degrees and in full load, from 40 to 95 in max 2 sec. I changed the cooler to the stock intel cooler and the same thing, is it because maybe i clean the processor only with tissue? but i dont think so. I have this processsor for about 3-4 years.

Change your thermal paste, make sure everything is nice and snug then look at your fan profiles and power plan. If you're on a more conservative power plan the pump and fans may not be pushing all that hard which makes the AIO just an idle Deadweight.

Do like delaro said.I actually got a similar problem last week.Where when i took off the cpu cooler. There was no thermal paste on.I applied new paste still doesn't work did bios up etc etc.I predict his phenom got hurt for running x amount of weeks/days/years.Just double check your thermal paste and make sure you secure your cooler properly.
