[SOLVED] i7 -4790 at 100°C for over 2 years

Hi guys!
Can you believe or explain how is this possible?
A i7 -4790 working over 12h daily at 100°C for over 2 years?
I checked it 2 years ago and i thought , meanwhile , somebody fixed it . But is still the same today.
The owner say she thinks is like this since the first day more than 5 years ago.
Do you know i7 CPUs working so long on high temperatures?some numbers please? im curious

I don't think there's much data readily available on long term usage like this.

All I'm thinking is man if this chick's computer is this bad, I'd hate to see her car...
