i7 4790 or 4790k with B85 motherboard ?

I would like to know if i7 4790 or 4790k will work well on Gigabyte GA B85M D3H Motherboard ? Will there be any issues and BTW I don't want to over clock and I'm planning to run it with GTX 970 ... Also IF there is any better board strictly under 100$ let me know, Asus and gigabyte preferred...

You're not really capable of overclocking on the B85, so getting a K-series chip is a waste.

Well ? As I said, My aim is not to over clock.. I just wanna run the best on stock .. So what should I go for ? 4790k or 4790 ? I chose the 4790k because it has up to 4.4ghz speed ... Will there be any problem if I pair it with B85 ?

I have the same question. I have an intel i7 4790 and I bought an asus B85M - GAMER, I want to know if with this motherboard I can use the processor features like the advanced features in this intel page http://ark.intel.com/products/80806/Intel-Core-i7-4790-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-4_00-GHz
Or should I go with an h97 mobo?

If you are planning to use some of the advanced features of that CPU, then I would suggest the H97 board above the B85.
