i7 4790k/i5 6600k with Thermalright HR-02 Macho

Hey Guys

I've got a question out of pure interest: Can I overclock the i7 4790k/i5 6600k with the Thermalright HR-02 Macho at about 4.5~4.7 GHz?

With or without the fan?

With the fan, mostly yes. Not when the CPU requires ridiculous voltages to get to your target speed. (i7 4790K) The Skylake is likely to run out of voltage before it runs out of thermal overhead.
Without the fan, mostly yes for the 6600K, likely not for the i7 4790K.
