I've been using CPU i7-4790K for a few years now and only recently I found out after stress testing with prime and intel Burn that under 100% load my temps are reaching 100C on two cores #0 and #1. Difference between #2 and #3 is huge (around 30-40C) and I can't figure out why would this be happening. On idle temps are pretty good (below 40C) and only under this load it gets that bad.
I have reapplied thermal paste and checked if my cooler is working and I think it is (im not an expert tho).
My cooler is CPU be quiet! Shadow Rock Slim (BK010)
My CPU is no overclocked aswell. The reason I found out about temps is actually trying to overclock and stress testing before.
If anyone has any suggestions on what is going on and what can I do to fix this I would appreciate it a lot.
Leaving some screenshots as well for You:
