i7 480 or ryzen 7 480?

Trying to decide between a system with i7/1700 Radeon 480 8gb and Ryzen 7/1700 with the same graphics card. Which is better and why.

You mean the I7-7700K or what? There is no such thing as an I7-1700.
Also what is your budget and do you have any parts already?

Yes sorry 7700k. I don’t have parts and either is a pre-build
