Hi, I'm currently trying to build an insane PC that should meet all my work and gaming needs. So far, my parts list is as follows :

Case : NZXT Phantom 530
Motherboard : Asus X99 Deluxe
RAM: 2 X Corsair Vengeance Series 16 GB Kit
CPU: ???
Graphics Card : EVGA Geforce GTX 980 Ti
PSU : Corsair 1200i Power Supply
Hard Drive : WD Green 4 TB
SSD : Samsung 500 GB
Cooling: Corsair Hydro H110 & 3 X Zalman ZM-SF3

I need your help for the processor. I know I'm getting an i7 but which one? 5840K or 5930K? Please help me out.

Unless you're planning to run 3 or 4 way SLI, the 5820K is gonna be the better option.
It has fewer PCIE lanes(28 vs 5930k's 40), which with one or two graphics cards it does not make a difference.
It is clocked slightly less(3.6GHz turbo vs 5930k's 3.7GHz turbo), but it also costs much less. And you can overclock it to well over 4.0GHz if need be.
It's pretty much the cheaper, less PCIE lanes, clocked slightly slower version of the 5930K. I would definitely choose the 5820K.
