Hello,

I have problem with my cpu, I overclock it 4400 Ghz but when i open CPU-Z is show me 1199 Ghz
And if i use ADIA64 Extreme and tese stubilty they show me in CPU-Z up to 4400Ghz .
The question is : How can i make the overclock all time stubil in 4400 Ghz

You could be seeing the power saving feature that CPU manufacturers use to reduce temps and power, effectively idling their core speeds during times of idle.

If you want your CPU to run at full speeds at all times, look for an option under CPU called C1E or EIST.
Can't remember which it is exactly.
Then make sure that option is OFF.

It's ok, RAMs run at 1199x2 = 2400MHz. It's how CPU-Z detects RAMs speed.

It's I/O bus clock vs data rate.
DDR stands for Double Data Rate http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Double_data_rate
CPU-Z detects the I/O bus clock, which is half the RAMs actual speed, therefore the confusion,

Ok but why my CPU idling in 1199Ghz and when i run stubilty test with ADIA64 Extreme i see in CPU-Z shows 4400Ghz like what i clock and when i stop the stubilty test the clock back to 1199Ghz

How can i make the overclock 4400Ghz All Time!!

Parameters set by the manufacturer in the memory SPD
RAMs can run on JEDEC 7,8,9, or XMP, depending on settings in BIOS.

Since your RAMs run at 2133, I assume that you haven't set the Ai Overclock Tuner to XMP.

I have already do it XMP ON.
I have now change the clock speed 4100 of Cpu , And Still shows me in CPU-Z 1199Mhz in idling and the RAM same thing
