Question i7-6700 max stress temperatures too high

I ran a stability test (aida64) and found out my CPU temperature hits 99°C at maximum stress. The ambient temperature in my city is around 35°C in this time of the year. I don't think it is safe, is it? Will I have problems when gaming? If it is too high, I'll buy a new cooler for my CPU very soon.

6700 shouldnt be running that hot. You sure you have the stock cooler installed correctly? make sure all the push pins are snapped in.

I'm not sure, I bought the computer whole, didn't open it. Guess I'll see it when I buy my Graphics Card.
