I'm facing serious bottleneck after recently updating my GPU to MSI Gaming Z RTX2060. In Rainbow Six Siege, CPU usage is around 70% while GPU usage hovers around 70-80%. In CSGO, CPU usage is between 30-45% while the GPU usage is 40-51%. Similar cases are also found in PUBG. What's the solution for this?

My system:
CPU: Intel i7 6700
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212X
Motherboard: MSI B150 Gaming M3
RAM: Corsair LPX 16GB DDR4 2400MHz RAM (8GB*2)
GPU: MSI Gaming Z RTX 2060 6G
Storage: 120GB Corsair Force LE SSD + 3TB Toshiba HDD
PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower 750

Solution
My GPU isn't getting used much :( That's what worries me. When GPU usage reaches close to 100% (say 97%), I get that 144+ fps. Otherwise it just stays on those fps stated above with the GPU usage below 85%.
But the CPU is nowhere close to a 100% hence no bottleneck.
Are you getting good fps? Really you need to monitor individual cores/threads, total cpu usage is fairly meaningless. Are any individual cores/threads hitting 100%

CS GO I know only uses up to 4 threads so it will never use anywhere near 100% of total cpu. Not sure about the other 2 games.

Rainbow Six Siege & PUBG, both uses all 8threads of my CPU. Getting 158fps on Rainbow Six Siege with all settings set to maximum without the UHD Texture pack. There is a sudden dip to 120fps at times. However, when the GPU usage reaches 98-99%, fps rockets to 180 & depending on the map, its between 180-190 margin.
As for PUBG, fps isn't stable. It bounces between 95 to 130 fps with sudden fps drops where the game freezes for a second.
