Hi,
I have a Acer laptop with core i3 3200 and It's slow when I try to run iOS simulator or compiling apps
Android semulator start up is slow too.

I want to setup a PC and I don't have a lot of money, So I can't upgrade every year and bla bla...

SO, I want to buy a MB with Z170 chip and I don't know which CPU would be flawlessly work with my tasks!

+ You're free to recommend a MB too, but my chooses are limit:

Base clock speed is less important than processing threads for what you are after. ...especially if you are budget constrained. Look toward the i7-6700 on either the B150 or H170 chipset and look toward a MB with an M.2 port as well as 4 memory slots. Keep your options open for upgrades down the road... The Gigabyte GA-H170M-D3H is on the list of approved boards for what you are after.
