Im a bit desperate by now. Already started a topic on my CPU getting too hot and BSOD, with the case open it is about 10C cooler and more stable, but Im not out of the woods yet.

Im starting to wonder if my cpu and motherboard are compatible.
When I go to the factory website it says it is, but every time i stress my machine out (playing Battlefield, working on my GoPro studio, After effects of Premiere Pro) it crashes into a BSOD. Temp undr stress 70C. The psu has been replaced. No overclocking.
Any thoughts?

CPU I7 7700 boxed cooler,
Mobo MSI B250I pro
32gb ddr4 ram
Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1060 G1 gaming
Cooler master Vseries V550
2 case fans also running

Solution
Get a BIG table fan or a floor fan that moves serious amount of air. Get it close to your system and set it at full blast and see what happens to temps then. And do you still get BSOD after you get the temps in check.

And ofc take the side panel off so the air can get in while running the fan 😀 Had to say it since I have given this answer to one other one time, and he did not take the panel off............. so yea just saying 😀
