Hello, so I have a GTX 950 2gb GPU. And I would like to upgrade my CPU from a AMD fx 6300 to the i7 7700k. Can't seem to find anyone who has a i7 7700k with a gtx 950. Thanks in advanced

The reason you don't see many people with an i7 7700k and a GTX 950 is that this combo doesn't make sense for gaming. It also doesn't make sense for workstation use as the 950 is either not needed for some workloads (the 7700k has an igpu) or not enough for other workloads.

Your 7700k will spend most of its time waiting for the 950 to finish rendering a frame. A good CPU for GTX 950 level gaming is Ryzen 3 1200. If you plan to upgrade your graphics card soon then a Ryzen 1600.
At this point, the only case that a 7700k makes sense is in a build...

At this point, the only case that a 7700k makes sense is in a build for 1080p high fps when you already have a GTX 1080ti in the build. You can, of course, build a GTX 1080 and 7700k too, but a Ryzen 1600 or 1700 would be a better value price/performance wise.

Adding a 7700k to the 950 for gaming has a very low performance gain per dollar spent, so it is a wasted investment. For anything other than gaming you should be looking at Ryzen 7 1700 or Ryzen 5 1600 at the least.
