My radiator became very dusty after 2 Years. So I decided to remove the h115i and cleaned the radiator with water while protecting the pump with plastic. I dried it out under fan for 3 hours and then reassembled the PC. I am getting temps that are 90 and increasing. I shut down the computer. Is it because thermal compound has dried out along with radiator? Do I need to replace it? Thanks in advance.

Solution
I suggest you reinstall the CPU cooler with new thermal paste. Something might have shifted while you cleaned the radiator. It may no longer be making proper contact with the CPU.
when removing your heatsink (cpu cooler), you MUST replace thermal paste. You will not be able to just reinstall as is.

For now you've got to go shopping, fastest way would be a local computer shop, Otherwise online.

Next time just use compressed air for the radiator, it'll work.
