So I have a new i7 7700k utilizing Artic M4 paste, and a EVGA 280mm CLC cooler, Using both HW monitor and EVGA Flow Control, I notice the temperaturs constantly changing, like 2-3 times a second, going from 36 to 48 to 52 to 54c back down to 36 but pretty much staying within an average. Is this normal for this generation of core?

Coolant Temp seems to stay about the same unless I do something like play a game, then it raises a bit. Of course with the temps constantly changing like this, the Pump is constantly changing up its speeds with the update.....I hope im not ruining something.

Solution
Temps will fluctuate many times per second, all perfectly normal as the clock speeds and core voltage adjusts many times per second according to load...

(you will see it ramp up from 30C to 60C almost instantly with a heavy load, and go back down almost as quick as the load is removed...)
