Question i7-8550U getting random temperature spikes to 95+ while gaming.

I have been getting this issue recently and never had it before this. I also idle with temperatures in the high 50s( I believe that is due to Turbo Boost). However, isn't the CPU supposed to throttle once it starts reaching 90?

Specs(Laptop)
i7-8550U
8GB RAM
Nvidia Geforce 940MX(Slightly overclocked)
1TB HDD + 128GB SSD

I really worried as temps of 95+ seems to be damaging to my CPUs longevity. Please help ASAP, thanks

Can you post a temperature graph, so we can see how exactly it happens?

Btw..., clean your sistem, try to re-apply the cooler, change the thermal compound, evaluate case airflow,
