Seems alright , try running a game and have a program record the temperature like CAM for example, you can check the peek temp during game time. If it reaches like 80-100 then check your airflow , clean your dust filters and renew the thermo paste on cpu.

Built pc 3days ago, thermal paste should be fine

42C would probably be the best you could hope for if indoor temps are 35C....
