Hi, i have a 8700k and a Samsung 960 Pro M.2 on board Asus maximus Hero X and when i use samsung magician say the m.2 is using Pcie 3 x 2 (16GB/s bandwitdh) instead of the top Pcie 3 x 4 (32GB/s bandwitdh)...
Because this processor and motherboard only have available 16 lanes to use full pcie 3 x 4 speed, when i use a Geforce 1060 (16 lanes) and a M.2 hdd (4 lanes) they have to share the 16 lanes available and this way my M.2 will work on Pcie 3 x 2 instead of the full pcie 3 x 4 bandwidh...
Is there a way of using the M.2 at full pcie 3 x 4 bandwidh? Thanks
