i7 8700k vs 8600k for streaming

Which is best in your opinion?
I am going to be Streaming/Gaming. Maybe Editing.

The 8700K without question will be better and it's a fact not an opinion.

^^Although 8600K in most cases would also be enough for those uses. But surely 8700 is better.

8700k better as streaming is basically multitasking so more cores helps, but doesnt mean a 8600k wont be good enough, as an 8600k is as good as the older 7700k for that task.
