[SOLVED] i7 8750H idling at 59~ celsius

i receently bought a laptop and the cpu is idling at 59-ish celsius. Is this normal? i have been checking around and people said that normal idle temp should be 30-ish. Should i return the laptop?
CPU: i7 8750H
GPU: GTX 1060

IMO 59C is too hot for idle and I would return it if possible. What model is your laptop?
