No, a 1st generation CPU that is a socket 1366 is not compatible with a 4th generation socket 1150 motherboard. The pins are physically different on the CPUs and it will not fit.

As both pages clearly state, they are not the same socket and thus are not compatible.

No sorry, Processor is a LGA 1366 and the motherboard only supports LGA 1150.

Its pretty difficult to find new rather than used motherboards because that socket type is a bit aged. However if you can find one of these, i'd recommend it : ASUS Rampage III Gene LGA 1366
