Question i7-9700 cooler

I have recently bought a pre-build PC, and I want to replace the cooler (ARCTIC Alpine 12), since the CPU reaches a temperature of 75-85 degrees Celsius (~180 Fahrenheit).
Any suggestions? My friend recommended the Be Quiet! Pure Rock

The beQuiet Dark Rock Pro will do an excellent job...Just be mindful of space in your case and RAM clearance...So long as you have fairly normal RAM and not ones with big heatsincs you should be okay but also check clearance in your case...
