I would suggest the 8700k instead or the 9900k if you can get it.

More threads matter in video editing. The above build looks good.

But I would change the Samsung 970 for a drive with higher endurance like the corsair mp510 for your video editing tasks.

And also maybe to a case with more airflow. Like the lian li Lan cool one...

It's a seasonic platform. Good one.

But you don't need 1000w. 750w max. Even a 650w would do for a 8700k and rtx 2070.
